A New Experiment: Bringing Diversity & Inclusion to the Forefront
Hello, friends and colleagues!
I hope you’re all doing well. As many of you already know, I recently completed a training program titled “Efficient and Sustainable Sales Organization with the Help of AI.” The experience gave me a wealth of new knowledge and practical tools, and I’ve decided to put them to the test in a way that aligns with a passion I’ve had for a long time.
I’ve always wanted to make research on #Diversity, #Inclusion, and #Inclusive #Leadership more accessible to leaders everywhere. With that goal in mind, I’m launching a series of short, research‑backed articles on this very topic—one for every few weeks. Each piece will be no longer than 400 words and will draw from peer‑reviewed studies, industry reports, and the insights I’ve gathered over the years.
How I’m Doing It
What I’ll use
GMKtec K6 mini PC (AMD 780M GPU) > Fast, portable computing
Local AI – #Ollama + Open WebUI (AMD‑enabled) > Custom, on‑premise language model
pi4‑reasoning model (Open‑source from ollama.com/models) > Advanced reasoning for actionable content
My workflow:
- Tone Calibration – I feed the AI examples of my LinkedIn posts and TEDx talks to fine‑tune its voice.
- Content Generation – I prompt the model to turn my curated research collection into concise articles (~400 words each).
- Actionable Take‑aways – The AI generates 2–3 “call‑to‑action” statements grounded in Organizational Behavior Management, so readers know how to apply the ideas immediately.
I Need Your Help
I’m launching this experiment on a small scale, but my ambition is bigger: I’d love to secure international speaking engagements across Europe—and possibly beyond. To make that happen, I’d greatly appreciate your honest feedback:
- Does the content resonate? Is it clear, engaging, and useful?
- Did the AI miss anything? If you spot a gap or a mistake, please let me know—please do so before I publish the next article.
- How can I improve? Any tips on refining the tone, structure, or call‑to‑action would be invaluable.
- Share or forward—if you find the material useful, feel free to share it with your network or point me toward potential speaking opportunities.
Thank you in advance for your support and for being part of this journey. I’m excited to learn, grow, and hopefully inspire more inclusive leadership practices together.
