Leading Diverse Teams
The new workforce is more diverse than ever. Leaders need to be on top of their game to aspire, inspire and manage individuals and teams so that they can perform to the best of their abilities.
Leaders need new sets of skills to be able to aspire, inspire and manage their teams and as the teams get more diverse it is crucial to increase the Diversity IQ.
When we use the term "diverse" in most cases it means ethicity. Diversity is so much more than that.
Research show that the number of neuropsychological diagnosis increase in all around the World. Leaders and organisations are in need to increase their awareness. Enterprises and/or organisations with inclusive leadership will gain competeive advantage since they will transform differences into increased creativity, innovation and productivity.
Can any leader be inclusive? Is Leading diverse teams a problem or an opportunity? Are there behaviors that any leader can implement so that all employees get a sense of uniqueness and belongingness?
